Important Information

• The full amount is required to be deposited before beginning of work.
• Online platform charges are extra. The above are purely net charges.
• Visiting charges are as per flight plus hotel stay finalized as needed.
• Courier facility is free only one time in India.
• The valuation report is mostly valid for up to one year and may be used until the next one year, subject to the requirements of the concerned authority or institution.
• For US and international property, once you are in that country within two years, valuation may need to be obtained again from a local valuer. For US and UK reports, the valuation schedule states validity of three years.
• All verifications are done after the report is made. Clients are responsible for the information and documents provided.
• In legal matters, minimum court charges are ₹20,000 per day or US$400 per day, plus transport and accommodation as applicable.
• During lockdown, photographs of the property need to be arranged by the client.
• For jewellery valuation, carat and diamond verification may need to be arranged from a nearby jeweller.
• Refunds are available only if the service has not begun. Once the service has begun, the valuation schedule states that there is no refund because the amount goes to the service provider directly.
